Pineapple Flavored Gluten Free Pancakes!

These pancakes are super delicious! Especially when you had just a little powered sugar. They are perfect if you are looking for a sweet breakfast.
Lets get started!

Using Mama's Pancake Mix,
1 3/4 cup Mama's Mix
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon oil
1  cup milk (dairy, rice, nut)
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg

Mix your dry ingredients first,
Then in the center of the same bowl with the dry add the wet and either mix by hand with a whisk.
Heat skillet over medium heat, drop 1/3 cup of a desired amount. Flip pancake when bubbles appear.
To add some fiber, replace 1/4 of mix with coconut flour + 1 egg!
